I love vacation in Vietnam because there are so many things interesting to do and see. I suppose that no matter where you live, after a while living far away from your motherland, now you have a chance to come back and start a trips to many regions. I am absolutely sure; you will be affected by emotion. Those emotion will automatically decide your next vacation have to be in Vietnam. For me, from November 27, 2003 to January 15, 2004, days forever to be remember in my heart and in some of my friends, who was traveling with me. Well maybe not, but myself I will always remember those days as my unforgettable days. Our trips had 6 people, I and my girlfriend, ThuyTai, Duong, a friend of mine from San Jose and his girlfriend and another married couple Tin&Ha, they are from Nha Trang.
I had gone though many beautiful places, such as, Dalat, NhaTrang, NguHanhSon, Hue, Hanoi, Halong Bay, and the ancient Hoian. Beside that, off course Saigon and BienHoa, where I were born and grown up, are always places that I won?t be forgotten. During this vacation, I had chances to visit many Vietnamese beautiful scenes. For instance, in Dalat we spent a lot of time at Xuan Huong Lake, Than Tho Lake, Tuyen Lam Lake, Truc Lam Temple, Love Valley, Bao Dai Palaces, and hang around Dalat City. In Da Nang, we had visited Ngu Hanh Son, Am Phu Cavern... In Hue, we had visited the Thien Mu pagoda, the Emperor Khai Dinh's Mausoleum, Main gate of the Imperial Palace and espeacially we have been listening to Hue singers with Hue traditional songs on River Huong. And there were many more other beautiful scenes, we had visited in Halong Bay, Hanoi, Ancient Hoi An?during our trips.
Beside traveling to many beautiful scenes, we had tried and tasted many kind of regional traditional food from each region we arrived. They all had their own taste as they had been famous for years; such as, lobster, shellfish, cuttlefish, Bun Bo Hue( hue vermicelli with beef), pho(rice noodle).In addition, with my experience, if you have a chance to visit Vietnam, don't forget to go to some particular restaurants that serve only jungle courses such as all kind of snakes, deer, field mouse, crocodile, or even baby gazelles...
In the conclusion, before I came back to Vietnam, I could not imagined that I would have that wonderful period. However, I did. I and my girlfriend had a wonderful time together. I had chance to meet all of my old friends and my family. I feel lucky when I decided to have my vacation in Vietnam. Because of that I have decided that, my next vacation have to be in Vietnam again.
